Appearance:

    • The Tomato Vampire Crab stands out due to its vibrant colors. It features:
      • Bright red legs.
      • Orange eyes.
      • Red claws.
      • A full red carapace.
      • Its facial shield is slightly darker in burgundy

  2. Natural Habitat:

    • These crabs inhabit forest areas near streams, rivers, and ponds in Java, Indonesia. They spend most of their time on land but also submerge in freshwater, especially during molting.
