One of the best biological media’s

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We are happy with the suggested purchases.

It took a few days for the air pump to move the biomedia in a fluid manner. My understanding is the media must season a bit with bacteria/organics before they will flow properly (so don't be discouraged when the media just floats to the top).

I wanted a lower maintenance filter than typical as I usually only use canisters and sumps. I have this zb-300 on a 40 gallon and it's a bit large to hide within your scape. Aesthetically this is offset because the fluidized meda look interesting.

The only real downside is it's loud, the bubbles come out of the unit quite large and are much louder than the sponge filters or airstones. I'm sure I can find a way to reduce this noise. I'm still giving this a 5 star rating because it's an interesting option for simplistic fluidized media

I love that April's Aquarium carries Aquarium Co-Op products! Ordering online was easy, shipping wasn't over priced, and products came in within a week!

These work very well at cleaning the glass. I think they are very much similar to Mr Clean erasers though.

This bottle will last a long time because of how little you have to use per 10g of water (1 ml). Love it.

Love it, looks great in the aquarium. I boiled it for a couple of hours before setting in the tank to remove as much tannins as I could and to help it sink. I only had to put a heavy rock on one side for a couple of days to keep it from floating.

Great quality and stays down at the bottom of the tank

The plant looks great in the fish tank
