These are large colourful rainbowfish that grow to 5" and can live long lives; up to 12 years! Like other rainbowfish, keep them in a school of six or more (ideally about 12) to witness their best behaviours. These are easy to breed rainbowfish and have beautiful bright colouration. They are relatively peaceful, and despite their large size, have small mouths (meaning they can't easily eat even much smaller fish). Feed them an omnivorous diet with supplemental frozen meaty foods (brine shrimp, bloodworms, etc).
