Fritz Fishless Fuel

Description

  • Supports Nitrifying Bacteria During a Fishless Cycle
  • Pure Liquid Ammonia Source
  • Easy Dosing Dropper Bottle

When establishing a new aquarium, we recommend having a "seasoned" aquarium rather than just cycling, as this can lead to a more balanced aquarium that produces better results for your fish and invertebrates.

If you are looking to add an ammonia source to an aquarium to start a cycle, Fritz Fishless Fuel offers a pure ammonia source that eliminates the guesswork on how much ammonia to add. The Fritz Fishless Fuel formula contains 40 mg/mL TAN (total ammonia nitrogen). Please remember that ammonia is toxic and can cause skin and eye irritation. It is important to take precautions when utilizing this product, keep out of reach of children and pets, and to follow the warning label.

Note: Do not use Fritz Fishless Fuel in any aquarium that contains livestock. It is important that you follow the instructions and do not add any animals into your aquarium until the ammonia and nitrite levels are no longer measurable.

Directions/Specifications

To bring aquarium to two parts per million (2 ppm) ammonia, add 4 drops per 1 gallon of water, or 1 teaspoon per 25 gallons of water. Be careful not to use too much ammonium chloride, as raising ammonia levels above 5.0 ppm may actually slow the cycle time.

To test to see when your aquarium is ready to add fish, try the Aquarium Co-Op Multi Test Strips  and  the Ammonia Test Strips

Size: 2oz, treats 300 gallons (1,135 L)
