Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy – Shipped Orders Only
- We guarantee live arrival on all shipped livestock when:
- The package is received on the first delivery attempt.
- Clear photos of the unopened shipping bag and deceased animal are emailed to us within 2 hours of delivery confirmation.
- If these conditions are met, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7-Day Livestock Guarantee (Local & Shipped Orders)
- We guarantee our livestock for 7 days from purchase/delivery if our care recommendations and tank requirements were followed.
- Proof Required: We may require photos of the deceased animal, proof of purchase (receipt/order number), and/or a water sample from your tank for testing.
Livestock Refunds, Returns, & Surrenders
- Local customers may return livestock within 72 hours of purchase for a refund, provided the animal is alive and in original condition. Returns must be brought to the store; we do not provide pickup services.

Celestial Pearl Danios (Danio margaritatus) and Emerald Dwarf Rasboras (Danio erythromicron) though it's rare and not widely documented in the wild. These two species are closely related and share overlapping habitats in Myanmar
The Hybrid: Celestial-Emerald Danio
Often referred to as the Pearl Emerald Danio, this hybrid combines traits from both parents:
- Body Shape: More streamlined like the Emerald Dwarf
- Coloration: Galaxy-like speckling from the CPD with bluish hues and sometimes faint vertical barring
- Size: Stays under 1 inch, like both parent species
- Temperament: Peaceful and social, ideal for nano tanks
Tank Conditions for Hybridization
If you're keeping both species together and they are comfortable enough to breed, hybrids may occur:
- Tank Setup: Heavily planted, low-flow, soft acidic water (pH 6.5–7.2)
- Diet: Micro-pellets, baby brine shrimp, daphnia
- Group Size: Both species thrive in groups of 6 or more
- Breeding Behavior: Both scatter eggs among fine-leaved plants or moss
