Silver Sailfin Molly is a beautiful and elegant freshwater fish, known for its shimmering silver body and large, flowing dorsal fin—especially prominent in males.

Tank Requirements

  • Salinity: Can tolerate brackish water; a small amount of aquarium salt is often beneficial

  • Social Needs: Best kept in groups (1 male to 2–3 females to reduce harassment)
  • Diet: Omnivorous—enjoys algae, spirulina, flakes, and live/frozen foods like brine shrimp
