Ammannia Nesaea

Ammannia nesaea is a beautiful and popular aquatic plant often used in aquascaping.

Family: Lythraceae
Origin: Africa
Appearance: It has striking reddish-pink stems and leaves, which make it a favorite for adding vibrant color to planted aquariums. The leaves are narrow and lance-shaped.

Lighting: High light is essential for maintaining its vivid coloration. Under low light, it tends to turn green and lose its red hues.
CO₂: Supplemental CO₂ is highly recommended for optimal growth and color.
