- Proof Required: We may require photos of the deceased animal, proof of purchase (receipt/order number), and/or a water sample from your tank for testing.

Planting Tips
Remove the plant from its pot and gently rinse away any growing media from the roots. Do not bury the rhizome in the substrate, as this may cause the plant to rot. Instead, attach the rhizome to driftwood, rocks, or aquarium décor using aquarium-safe glue or thread. The roots will naturally anchor themselves over time.
