- We guarantee our livestock for 7 days from purchase/delivery if our care recommendations and tank requirements were followed.
- Proof Required: We may require photos of the deceased animal, proof of purchase (receipt/order number), and/or a water sample from your tank for testing.

- Local customers may return livestock within 72 hours of purchase for a refund, provided the animal is alive and in original condition. Returns must be brought to the store; we do not provide pickup services.

Planting Tips
Remove the plant from its pot and gently remove any growing media surrounding the roots before planting. Do not bury the rhizome in the substrate. For best results, attach the plant to driftwood, rock, or other hardscape using aquarium-safe glue or thread. The roots will naturally anchor over time.
Note: As a natural product, plant size, leaf shape, and coloration may vary. Mature coloration and growth will depend on aquarium conditions, lighting, and nutrient availability.
