The Blue Diamond Guppy is a selectively bred variant of the common guppy (Poecilia reticulata).

Appearance:
- Males: These guppies exhibit striking blue coloration with a metallic sheen. They can grow up to approximately 4 cm in length.
- Females: are slightly larger than males and can reach up to 6cm and have a colourless body with a bluish black tail.

Tank Setup:
- Blue Diamond Guppies are peaceful and can be kept in community tanks with other peaceful fish.
- They prefer densely planted aquariums with some open swimming space.
