  • Dumbo Ears: Named for its large, elephant-like pectoral fins that resemble ears.
  • Coloration: The "Green Dragon" variant typically features a shimmering green body with iridescent scales and a complex, multicolored tail that may include hues of blue, red, and orange 
  • Size: Grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length.
  • Tail Types: Can vary—fan-shaped, delta, or swordtail depending on the strain.

Tank Requirements

  • Minimum Tank Size: 10 gallons for a small group.
  • Water Temperature: 72–82°F (22–28°C).
  • pH Range: 6.8–7.5.
  • Water Hardness: 8–12 dGH.
  • Filtration: Gentle filtration is ideal to avoid stressing their delicate fins.
  • Decor: Live or silk plants, hiding spots, and open swimming areas are recommended.

Diet
