- We guarantee our livestock for 7 days from purchase/delivery if our care recommendations and tank requirements were followed.
- Proof Required: We may require photos of the deceased animal, proof of purchase (receipt/order number), and/or a water sample from your tank for testing.

- Local customers may return livestock within 72 hours of purchase for a refund, provided the animal is alive and in original condition. Returns must be brought to the store; we do not provide pickup services.

- Hypergastromyzon: From Greek hyper (over/above) + gaster (stomach) + myzon (to suckle)
- humilis: Latin for "low" or "on the ground", referencing its flattened body shape
Distribution & Habitat
- Native to: Sungai Melawi river basin, part of the Kapuas system in West Kalimantan, Indonesian Borneo
- Habitat: Fast-flowing, shallow forest streams with clear, oxygen-rich water
- Substrate: Gravel, rocks, and boulders often covered in biofilm (algae and microorganisms)
- Behavior: Clings to rocks using a suction-cup-like body structure to resist strong currents
