  1. Temperature: The Orange Thick-lipped Gourami thrives in tropical temperatures ranging from 72 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit (22 to 28 degrees Celsius). Maintaining stable temperatures within this range is crucial for their well-being.

  2. Minimum Tank Size: To provide adequate space and a comfortable environment, it is recommended to house Orange Thick-lipped Gouramis in a tank of at least 20 gallons. Larger tanks are even better, especially if keeping a community of fish, as this allows for better territorial management and reduces aggression.

Orange Thick-lipped Gourami is known for its striking orange coloration and prominent thick lips, which give it a unique and attractive appearance. These fish prefer well-planted aquariums with plenty of hiding places, as well as open spaces for swimming. They are generally peaceful and can be kept with other non-aggressive fish species.
