Albino Longfin Cherry Barb (Puntius titteya var. albino) is a stunning and peaceful freshwater fish, ideal for community aquariums. This variant features elongated, flowing fins and a soft pinkish-white body with red eyes, making it a standout in planted tanks. 


Species Overview

  • Scientific Name: Puntius titteya (Albino Longfin variant)
  • Size: 2–4 cm (up to 5 cm fully grown)
  • Lifespan: ~4 years
  • Temperament: Peaceful, slightly shy
  • Activity Level: Active swimmers, mid-to-bottom dwellers
  • Schooling: Best kept in groups of 6 or more
