Description

Albino Pink Grass Guppy is a selectively bred variant of Poecilia reticulata, combining the albino trait with the elegant coloration and tail pattern of the grass guppy strain. 


Description

  • Coloration: Features a soft pink to blush-colored body with translucent fins. The tail often displays fine, grass-like streaks or dotted patterns, giving it a delicate, flowing appearance.
  • Albino Trait: Characterized by red or pink eyes and a lack of melanin, resulting in pale body coloration.
  • Size: Males typically reach 1.5 inches; females up to 2 inches.
  • Fins: Long, flowing caudal fins with semi-transparent edges and subtle iridescence.

Tank Setup

  • Tank Size: Minimum 10 gallons for a pair or trio.
  • Water Parameters:
    • Temperature: 72–82°F (22–28°C)
    • pH: 6.8–7.8
    • Hardness: 8–12 dGH
