These fish only grow to about 2 inches and are peaceful and colourful, though they will fiercely defend their little territories from other cichlids. They are very sensitive to water conditions, so it’s suggested that your tank be set up for a little while, and fully cycled, if you want to bring these fish home. Make sure your temperature doesn’t fluctuate, and you keep the water nice and clean. They will need lots of crevices to hide in.
